FAQs

Q. What do I need to have installed in order to use Pure for RapidWeaver?
First you will need RapidWeaver. RapidWeaver is software for the Mac that enables you to build your own custom websites. Then you will need a plugin for RapidWeaver called Stacks. This plugin adds easy drag and drop layout functionality to RapidWeaver.
Q. What is a Project File?
A Project File is simply a RapidWeaver sandwich file that contains a fully designed example webpage. These files can be used to quickly set up websites or as starting points for your own custom design. They are also helpful for learning how to use the stacks that are included with Pure for RapidWeaver. All of our Project Files are completely free!
Q. What is a Template Stack?
Template Stacks are elements that you can drag/drop into your Stacks editor. They are more complete layouts of the stacks included with Pure for RapidWeaver and great for quickly setting up sections of your webpage. You can find more information about Template Stacks here.
Q. Do I need to have all of the Stacks used in the "Pure + 1LD Stacks Project Files" in order for them to work?
If you already own the Stacks used & Pure for RapidWeaver then you have a Free product ready to launch. If you don't already own some of the Stacks in the Project File you aren't bound to purchasing them, though you won't have their added functionality - this might be preferred by some users who have similar stacks by other developers that they prefer to use.
