Be sure to drag/drop the Pure Core Stack into your stacks editor. This stack enables the use of all Pure Stacks. Do this only once per Stacks page.
1: Enabling the Lightbox
To enable Pure Images lightbox on an image all you need to do is check the "Lightbox" Checkbox. Now the image will automatically zoom into a popup when clicked on.
2: Making Your Image Retina Ready
A “Retina display” is a device with a screen that has a high enough pixel density to make everything look sharp to the human eye. A “Retina Image” is an image that has been made specifically to look sharp on a Retina display.

To make a Retina Image you will need to save your image at twice the size you want to use it at. In my example I want to have a logo at 300x100 pixels. I will need to save the image at 600x200 pixels (2x the size). This will make the image appear sharp on retina displays.
When you place the image into Pure Images you will notice that the image displays at the 2x size and not at the normal size we want to use. So we need to enable the "Max-Width" Setting in Pure Images. After it is enabled set the Max-Width value to the value of the normal sized width, in my example that would be 300px. Now the image will never get larger than its normal size and will be crisp on Retina Displays.

There is also an option to change the alignment of the image if it is smaller than the width of the Stack the image has been placed inside of.
